Just curious, what did you want IBM to be of help with? Is there a problem
with the connection to the AS/400? 

I haven't ever done the things you listed, so I am curious about the
problems with IBM's portion. Also, aren't there a couple of different
"Windows host" applications? Or did you only find one available? How did
that part perform?

Get an AS/400.
