Oh, but the do just exactly that!!  "I just saw an ad for NT and it said it
would solve our problems.  Why don't we have that instead of this dinosaur?"
 We have to make a formal respose to this kind of question several times a
year.  Does everyone at your company just accept everything DP says and leave
you alone?  Are you hiring?
