Initial Machine Pool Size -- MIDRANGE-L

I have just been trying to recalculate my initial machine pool size
using the formula in the Work Management Guide.

S = M + J + L + F + D

S Initial machine pool size
M Minimum machine pool size
J Job Space
L Communications Space
F Functional Space
D Disk Space

I am OK with M, J, L and F, but can anyone tell me what figure I should be
using for D.
