The "Retrieve Output Queue Information (QSPROUTQ) API" will do what you
want. Format OUTQ0100 is for one writer, OUTQ0200 for multiple writers.
This API is for only 1 output queue, so you'll need the List Object API, as
well, or DSPOBJD to an outfile for *OUTQ. The API is probably faster, as
all you need is the qualified output queue name.
