Gary,
do you want to do this for one user or all ?

If you are using CA and wish to specify different subsystems for use
by different users, you can't if you are using TCP/IP. It is _one_ of
the
shortcomings of CA. Hopefully the next release will address this, but
you may need 4.2 to take advantage of it.
