You do this by making workstation entries in the subsystem description.
There are either workstation type entries or workstation name entries. You
want probably a name entry in QCTL. Sounds easy, but there's a gotcha—once
you start using specific device names, you pretty much have to name them
all in all the subsystems where you want them to go.
