Al Barsa speaks the truth, although, after being a BP for over 13 years,
I think he
went a little light on IBM.... They are lost in the woods & it gets a
lot worse the
lower on the BP scale you are.... exactly who does IBM believe takes
care of all of
those "little" accounts that aren't big enough to warrant their help
????? Who keeps
the IBM name in front of those customers ????? I wish that had to live
in the woods
by themselves for a while.... it would change their minds...... I have
seen ALL the
marketing disasters they create & the BP's have to live up to the
promise they made...
