Gotcha number 2. You must put on the licensed internal code space extension PTF. This is a PTF that you download and put on. This is new, and has never had to have been done before. However, it turns out that the application of this PTF fails periodically. So this leads to gotcha number 1. Gotcha number 1. To prevent the licensed internal code extension PTF from failing, you have to put on another PTF, which puts the SETDSKCLN (Set Disk Cleanup) command on your system. You put on the PTF, run the command and then do a LONG IPL. We recommend to customers that V3R2 be put on two consecutive Saturdays. The PTF for SETDSKCLN and the licensed internal code space extension PTF on the first, the release itself on the second.
