Also do a WRKCFGL on your *QAPPNRMT list and check the secure location
parm.  If it is set to *yes, the system will only let you passthru if the
user ids are the same on the source & target machine.  If it is set to *no,
then the system will use a default user name (usually QUSER), which is
defined in the sbsd for QCMN, check option 8 for communication entries.
