Tim: You can create an empty file as you have done, but that means there's an empty file object sitting out on your system, just waiting, lonely and cold, while it waits for another compile. Fortunately, the compile commands recognise file overrides. Next time you create the program, issue the command: OVRDBF FILE(UXSRCHM) TOFILE(USSRCHM) prior to compilation.
