Looks like JDE to me.
Unfortunately the only way I know to solve your problem is to use a
combination of the DSPFFD and DSPFD commands and recreate the source code
manually by keying into a source member in SEU.  Not glamerous, but would
work.  If this is a std JDE file, you may wish to try JDE or other users of
JDE software.  I have several clients who use JDE so I may be able to check
for you.  Let me know if I can help.
