I'm sure Al Barsa has/will answer this, but the short answer is IBM sold the roght's to the TAATOOLs to Jim Sloan, Inc. Jim is the ex-IBM'er who created the TAATOOL's. QUSRTOOL still ships, but all the good TAATOOL's are no longer there after V3R1. You CAN but new TAATOOL's from Jim Sloan and they now come with on-line documentation, manuals & even the compiled code so you don't have to spend hours compiling it all. (Source of course is still included). DIsclaimer: Al Barsa & Jim SLoan paid me $20 in cold hard cash to say this. Mr. Gibbs - your cut is in the mail - oops, Canada Post is going on strike. :-) On Mon, 6 Oct 1997, Tim Truax wrote: > Hello all, > Does anyone know why IBM doesn't ship the QUSRTOOL library with releases > beyond V3R1M0? > -- > '''''''''''''''''''' > : Tim & Dana Truax : > : : > '''''''''''''''''''' > +--- > | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! > | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". > | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com > | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. > | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com > +--- > +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
