Printing unconverted programs on RISC

The TAA Productivity Tools which we market and distribute,  include (at
least in the RISC versions) a command PRTCVNRQD (I hope I spelled that
right- I'm typing this from home) -Print Conversion Required.
It will print out a listing of programs not yet converted to RISC, either
because they are not observable, or
because no attempt to convert them has been made.  

This command did not exist  in the old QUSRTOOL version, it is one of the
new ones.
