The way to do this is to run the 'not very well known' AS/400 command
CHKOBJITG.

This command will create an out file, onme of the fields will have a value of
NOTRANS for pgms not already converted.

You can do a 'mass' convert on CISC objecst to RISC using the STROBJCVN
