Neil, >"Snarfers" may have a right to a handout, but NOT before those who plan on >attending the session first get one. If someone needs to wait until later >to obtain a copy it should NOT be the person who spent an hour of their >time in the session, but the person who stuck their head in the door for >5 seconds to swipe a handout (many of which may make little sense to you >if you don't sit through the session). I agree, but this entire discussion would be moot if the disribution channel for handouts was more efficient. Do you think I enjoy running from room to room (and maybe from building to building) to "snarf", then trying to make it on time to the next session? Uh-uh! There is a problem here and it's not the snarfers. I'd like to see all the handouts online (during the session, this should not be a logistics problem). Users s/b able access them through a few banks of PCs and laser printers w/ full access through the entire session. -mark +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
