"Snarfers" may have a right to a handout, but NOT before those who plan on
attending the session first get one.  If someone needs to wait until later
to obtain a copy it should NOT be the person who spent an hour of their
time in the session, but the person who stuck their head in the door for
5 seconds to swipe a handout (many of which may make little sense to you
if you don't sit through the session).
