the job must be placed on the jobq in "held" state, then do a STRSRVJOB
on the job.  then strdbg/isdb to set your break points, then release the
job.  (or is it: release the job then start debug?  I can't remember)  

either way, when the job starts, a screen pops up and says service job
has started.  it then runs pretty much the same way as interactive jobs.
