 I personally am selective and inspect the handout to see if it's the type
that requires a speaker or one that will provide good reference material.
At home I have a file cabinet that contains folders separated by subject w/
handouts, articles, tips, code, etc.  It really comes in handy when I'm
embarking on a project that contains unfamiliar territory (i.e. C/S, API's,
or even some ILE stuff).
