Hi, david

I'm almost a Help/Systems bigot (used to work there, etc.), mentioning
another vendor in operations automation is almost heretical. Nonetheless,
ASC has a product called STATUS that is very similar to Robot/CPA. STATUS
was purchased here at ORNT some time ago, otherwise I'd've recommended
Robot/CPA. I'm supposed to be setting up STATUS (hasn't really been used
yet), in my spare time, so I don't know that much about it yet. Both
products require extensive setup.
