Seems like it'd be easy for the program to handle: just assume any date
from 95-99 is '19xx,' and everything else is '20xx.'  Good for another 95
years.  (Ducking from people who will have to fix this in another 100
years).

As long as the data in the FILE is stored as 4 digit, the problem of the
screen interface is (relatively) minor.
