Hi John!  From what I understand, perhaps you are lucky you aren't
using null-capable fields!  I'm no expert on trigger programs, but
I believe there's no easy way to write a db record passed to a trigger
program when the record contains a null map.  It seems like you have
to move the corresponding null flag explicitly to %NULLIND(field) for
each null-capable field before writing out the record.

I've been told that you can do this relatively easily using a C
program, though.  (Please don't ask me how!)
