We still use Halon.  As far as I know the laws are no NEW installs of
Halon.  We have had ours recharged within the past 2 years.

We contract with SunGard for our recovery services but IBM also offers
services like these.  We even used SunGard Planning Services to come
in and develop our plan for us.  Took a few months and we now have it
loaded into their software to maintain the plan.
