Once you've carved out the disk space for the *M36 object, if you ever resize it, make sure you run a COMPRESS immediately on the *M36 to avoid a potential error that can damage it and prevent you from IPLing it. Once you've created the base *M36 and loaded SSP into it, you may want to do an OS/400 SAVLIB of the library containing your *M36 object before you start loading files & libraries into it, that way you can quickly restore & rename it to a different library and have a test environment a lot easier than having to build an empty *M36 and reload SSP into it.
