This would allow a programmer to write code in a familier fashion (RPG,
VA/RPG) and then where appropriate, program by program, Java source
could be generated then tweeked.

The same went for client/server applications, a preference to products
which generated tweekable VB code to run on the PC rather than screen
scrapers.
