Have a named constant that contains '0123456789'
then do a SCAN opcode with the named constant in factor 1
and the character string in factor 2 either test the EQ indicator
(3rd one) or have a result field(Numeric or array) and test either 
one or the other. 

The result field(numeric variable) will be zero if no numerics are 
found.  If the result field is an array, the array will contain the
positions in the character string that had a numeric in it. OK?
