Actually there a fantastic reason for moving to HTML in IBM's case, because
almost all of the help texts are handled through BookManager, the data files
for which are built from BookMaster files, which is an(other) SGML-based
language, so converting to HTML is very easy. There's even an
externally-availible REXX package that does a very thorough conversion at
<http://www.vm.ibm.com/download/packages/> that I've used under both VM and
OS/2 and could probably be tweeked into running in REXX/400.
