Well, as I've stated in the past, there's nothing NORMAL about third normal!
 All of these IDEALS were established by the "technointelligencia", most
DECADES before the hardware would support ANY of them.  Now that the hardware
supports SOME of them, companies are trying to embrace the full set.  I still
say, take the IDEAL and back off until it actually WORKS...
