I'm not doing this personally, just offering a suggestion to the writer.  In
their case, I'd suspect that $ are the problem.  Many accounts are EXTREMELY
aversive to paying even $1K for a "one shot" package.  Since they have to pay
the developers anyhow, they'd rather get a line-by-line analysis and hope
that they came out on the high side of what the tool wouldn't have found.

I agree with your take on the situation, but many 9402/04 shops don't...
