I recently installed a Network Station and the necessary software on the 400 (510 @370) to configure and run it. But I must have monkeyed around with it a little much after it was working because now it claims it can not contact the login server. When I power the NC on it goes out and finds the boot server (AS/400) and downloads the 1.9MB boot file and presents a login screen (not a 400 login). When I enter my profile and password it says it is unable to contact the login server. On the 400 I have restarted TCP/IP ended it and restarted it and tried reconfiguring the HTTP settings (CFG file). I also tried to set up HTTP to be able to look at some other HTML documents, but was unsucessful and I suspect that I may have fouled up the HTTP config at that time. Does anyone out there have the correct settings for the NEtwork Station HTTP piece? I'll be away from my office until 8-25-97 but will have limited access to e-mail and such. - Doug Barnes - * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the Midrange System Mailing List!
