Folks:

I'd really appreciate it if you would *NOT* send files attached to 
messages to the list.

Not everyone has the ability to process them properly, and they may 
not be of global appeal.

It would be far better to MENTION that you have a file that someone 
may be interested in, and they should contact you privately for a 
copy.  OR you can email it to me privately and I will put it in the 
mailing list archive so people can retrieve it.
