Robot Client problem

Hello folks,

Is anyone out there using Help Systems Robot Client product?  I am faced
with the following situation:

1) Create Extract of multiple data files for SQL Server on /400 
2) Download File 1 to SQL Server
3) If File 1 successfull, transfer File 2
4) If File 2 successfull, transfer File 3

My problem is in getting Robot Client to successfully return back when
each transfer is complete.  Also getting the jobs to run single threaded is
an issue.  Client sends the commands to the PC and they will launch 1
after the other even before the previous transfer is completed. Support
has been little help on this one so I am turning to the experts.   If anyone
is aware of what I can do OR a better way to perform this, I will be
forever in your debt (well a little at least anyway).
