Hey, all. I have a question about imbedded sql (rpgle) and date data types. I use RPG to populate a database field with a date in *iso format (yyyy-mm-dd), and INSERT into a file via imbedded sql. But when I try to FETCH the data, I get an invalid date error. The date is correct in the file, but the dump says that the sql_000xx field that sql is trying to move into the field is in mm/dd/yy format. What gives? Any ideas? Do I need to specify some job/session level date format? Thanks in advance. Rick * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the Midrange System Mailing List!
