Record Update date

Hi All,

     I am trying to locate the last record updated date and time. I have a
file that contains lot of fields coming from many master files. One field
in the file is a time stamp field where in I have to store the last updated
date of that record in one of its primary files. For example,

The outfile OFIL gets data from File1, File2 ... File5. Here File1 is the
primary file.

I have the field OFIL.TimeStamp. I have a key field OFIL.Key.

I want to retreive the last updated date and time of the File1 record for
the OFIL.Key. I am trying to locate it in File information  data structure
but couldnot find. Is there any way we can get the record updated date and
time. When we do a read of the primary file record, we shld be able to
retreive the last changed date and time as we get the RRN.
