For which programs use which files(DSPF,PF,LF, PRTF,ICF) you can submit a job to do a DSPPGMREF command and for output say *OUTFILE it will create a file name of your choice. For program name say *ALL for which library you can pick which library you want or use *LIBL, *ALLUSR, etc. You can then simply use QUERY/400 against the file just created. For which fields are in which file, One way is to do the same thing except use the command DSPFFD to create the Outfile. There also is some files in QSYS with contain the field/file information.
