I am with you on this. So much good stuff goes to the bitbucket. A bbs is a lot of work though. Perhaps we could shareout the work and expene though. A good sysop is ssential, but there are plenty of people that can monitor discussins and member's problems, etc. Then a little babble could be tolerated, unabashed VENDOR rooms could be created (and maybe they'd pay a bit more than a regular user?), and special-problem rooms could carry on-going threads.
