Order PTF SF98320 for upgrade information.
If you don't have the Memo To Users for V3R2 you can order it via
SNDPTFORD too (order SF98076).
As you are also skipping V3R1, you should also order and review the V3R1
Memo To Users too - order PTF SF98056.
