Restore PTF's

There are PTF's available to fix several problems you could encounter
when restoring files, including when doing disaster recovery.
One cover letter also mentions a situation that someone on the list
asked about a few months ago where they had a file with 2 members, yet
had MAXMBRS(1) specified.  (In this case there was probably a CPI320C
message missed when the file was restored).

The PTF #'s are for the following releases:

V3R2    SF40674
V3R6    SF40657
V3R7    SF40646


There's also a PTF to fix a problem if you try to use the new CHGPF
support in V3R2 or V3R7 to change a zoned field to a date field:
