Client Access Data Transfer Error -- MIDRANGE-L

I tried doing a PC to AS/400 file transfer.  The file was type text and
I was sending it to a file on the 400 that had a record length of 256. 
I recieved two errors:
CWBD0046 error - Native database file server returned parameter error
PWS0004 - Required parameter was not provided

I had all the parameters correct in my transfer description though.  I
am running Windows 95 and am using V3R1M1 of CA.  Any thoughts?
