Let the USERS do a SYSREQ/6 and poke at QSYSOPR?  NOT ON =MY= MACHINE!


WE have (1) the ever-present operator (21 hours a day), and (2) Help
Systems' ROBOT CONSOLE to page the on-call person if a human is unavailable
on-site.
