     We are currently using the OMS-package from a company called REMAIN 
     (in Holland). Using this package I'm able to manage all kind of 
     software version control situations (even on remote machines).
     
     Don't be afraid, I don't have any commercial relation with this

I'm currently evaluating SILVON software and their change management 
products.
