were are you at  now with your Y2K project ?
Can you say how big  and or complex it is at  this moment?
( with some  parameters given)

First  assume:
  you  do nothing but straight convert
         - You can project  being done and fully tested by (date)

Second  place ILE in the project(keep all resources the same) the new date is?

Now the final costs are for each?

benefits?

If it  flies sell it  to the  person writingyour company's checks.
