There are two components.  The first is the IBM licensing fee which varies
by system, and the second is the services piece for the CISC to RISC
migration.

IBM can give you their charges.  CISC to RISC migrations vary all of the
place.  They vary based on the method used (sise by side, replace the
release, unload/reload), the size of the system, speed of the media, amount
of DASD, number of issues to be handled.

When we walk into a shop, we give a first blush estimate of $6000 to
$15,000, although we have done them for less money and for considerably
more money.  Keep in mind that we tend to work with larger AS/400s.
