Upgrade Fees

I would like to hear input on version upgrade charges (transition support
fees) for 9402 V2R3 to V3R2 and V3R6 to V3R7 with ten client access PCs. 
End users, please reply with examples of what IBM, consultants, OEM, or
others  charge for the service (ballpark) .  Consultants, please advise on
approximate charges you have charged your customers.  Many of our clients
have needs for upgrade, but we and they have no idea what fees are fair.

Also, I would like to see examples of charges (ballpark) for the software
portion (not the license fees, just the software upgrade fee if a
consultant, etc. was hired) of upgrading from CISC to RISC: 9402-F10 to
9406-500, 9404-200 to 9406-500, etc.  As stated above, I am interested in
replies from end-users and consultants.
