Any Impact Analysis will require program source for full analysis, however 
the requirement of DDS source is probable not too big an issue. There are 
certain things that can be done when the DDS source exist, but I doubt 
it'll be required. There is also some analysis that can be done without the 
program source, such as number of objects that reference a file, but you 
don't get the benefit of source analysis. Also, of course, ByPass cannot 
generate conversion code for programs without source code. It does not 
directly work with object code.
