I don't know about RMTCMD, but STRPCO and STRPCCMD work for both Netsoft
(Asynch, T/R, and Ethernet attach) and Rumba (T/R and Ethernet that I know
of) for launching a PC application from the /400.  We use this method to call
a VB program that reads scales attached to the PC.
