Getting the parms from a program is very difficult, even with SST. Some of
the IBM programs tell you the number, with the DSPPGM (second panel -
Program Statistics) others have that removed at birth...

The easiest way I have found, is to dump the command interface using a tool
RTVCMD that I think was published in News/400 about 6 months ago.

This dumps the source needed to recreate a cmd, and lists the type &
position of the parms for the command processing program.

If your program does't have a command interface, then you'll need lots of
time, luck and caffine....
