It might be preference. I used to create a named constants in every
program. YES '1' NO '0' ON '1' OFF '0'.
I have fallen into the habit of just using *ON and *OFF, but I can surely
understand someone wanting YES and NO in Logicals. By the way, I used
these differently than Y 'Y' and N 'N'.
