If you want to do it in a program, you're in for alot more fun. The DSPPGM is about the only command that will show it. I argued with IBM about *OUTFILE support for years for DSPPGM but this the 90's and all they do is API's now period. You can (DSPMOD) display module to print and then copy it to a PF and read it, BUT you're using Action Option 14 (CRTBNDRPG) to compile the program and there will not be a *MODULE out there.
