re: DDA spec: WDWTEXT keyword

I would like to print "F12=Return" in the bottom border area of the
window.  This is from the manual, yet I can't make it be accepted.  Have
you any ideas what is wrong here?  

I tried and failed with this line:
                   "WDWTITLE((*TEXT 'F12=Return) (*BOTTOM))"

        WDWTITLE([title-text] [title-text-color] 
                 [title-text-display-attribute]
