Using telnet there is no support for a printer, so here are the options:
1.  Continue to use the twinax attached printers as is.
2.  Use a network attached printers (ie LaserJet 5 w/Jet Direct card), you
can then assign an IP address to each printer and create an outq on the
AS400 pointing that IP address.
3.  Use printers attached to PC by using an LPD/LPR software on the PC.
Again you need to create an outq on the AS400 pointing to the IP address of
the PC.  The LPD software should be started at startup time and will direct
the spool file to the printer.
It all works pretty well.
